NEW AND CRITICAL:  Before any skater under the age of 19 can participate in a Swords program, they must complete the newly required State of Ohio Lindsay's Law.  Details about the law and the required video and written material can be found on our website.  You will not be able to complete your registration without first completing the Lindsay Law requirements.
 
ALL SKATERS: Before you can register for any 2018-19 tryout or program, all skaters must obtain a 2018-19 USA HOCKEY number. You can get your number by registering with USA Hockey at WWW.USAHOCKEY.COM. The new USA Hockey membership is valid through August 31, 2019. Do not register more than once as USA Hockey has a “no refund” policy. CRITICAL: Please be sure to use birth certificate name when registering with USA Hockey and the Swords. There are two costs associated with your registration.

a. USA Hockey Cost: $40  b. Affiliate Cost: $5  c. Affiliate Name: Mid-American Hockey Association 

NEW SWORDS MEMBERS: You need to click on “Register Online” on the left-hand side. Select the program you would like to register your skater in and click “Begin Registration”. The registration will give a notice that you must have a parent/guardian complete if you are under 18 years old. Click “Continue”. When the next page populates, you will need to select “Not a Member Create an Account”. Enter email address and select create my account. A link to create a new password is sent to your email account. Click on the link and create your own personal password and close page. Go back to the website and sign in with email and new password. The website will then walk you through registering parents and skaters as appropriate.  Please feel free to contact the Swords office at  if you should have a problem with your registration.  We will be happy to work through any registration issues with you.

Learn to Play Hockey Fall Session (10/13-12/22)

​This registration is for Learn to Play Hockey. The session runs from 10/13/19 through 12/22/19. Registration is open to boys and girls born 2002-2015. Your child must have experience skating or have had skating lessons to register for Learn to Play Hockey. Please see the website tab for Lesson, Clinics & Camps for introductory skating classes.

Please note if you register and do NOT make a payment, your registration will be automatically deleted from the system after 24 hours.
