Swords Learn to Play Hockey

All participants in the Learn to Play Hockey program must have a valid USA Hockey number before registration.  To obtain this number please visit and click become a member.

Registration is now open for the 2023-2024 sessions of the Swords Learn to Play Hockey.  Swords Learn to Play Hockey is a combination of hockey skills and scrimmage situations taught by a professional and friendly staff.
The class is open to boys and girls ages 4-16.

Learn to Play vs Learn to Skate -- If your child is just starting on skates we recommend that they attend the Learn to Skate program first.  Before moving to LTPH, we would like all players to be able to move forward on their own and be able to stop.

Skaters will be divided into small groups based on a combination of skills and age.  The goal will be to teach your skater the skills necessary to participate on a hockey team within 2-4 sessions.
